| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We use SagePay as a Secure Payment Gateway. We do not see your card numbers. You will be directed to their payment service when you check out. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Cost of Shipping is calculated at the point of sale after we have weighed the parcel. UK deliveries are sent 1st Class Proof of Postage or 1st Class Recorded for larger orders. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and Air Mail rates apply for international orders. | Delivery Schedule Orders will be sent as soon as possible. Normally within 24 hours. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise when the item will be sent out. Your order transaction will not be authorised until your items bagged up and ready to be posted. |

All transaction information passed between The Pipe Shop Website and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. System security Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.
